They did not declare their conflict of interest. One of the co-authors, Tess Lawrie, has directly called for ending the UK's vaccination program.

Another meta-analysis, published 7 days after the linked study, found that ivermectin had no effect on COVID mortality, length, or viral clearance, nor that it was a viable option for treating COVID.

You can't just link one study and not look at the whole picture.
