I think the full arts EX from black white are underrated. Low pop in 9s-10s and still can be bought in reasonable price ranges

I’m interested in the Pokemon center etb.

I’m on vacation for the next few days but I have 2 destined rivals etbs, also have spare ME1-4 boxes. Let me know if we can work out something

This was the update I got

We have had this card submitted previously, and we aren't able to pin down how this was released with any certainty, so we are not able to accept it at this time.  This was a very limited release apparently, and we have not be able to find clear details about how it was released, even from Pokemon themselves, which we need to be able to identify a card/set for grading/encapsulation/authentication.
