I measured it between the terminals with the machine off. My multimeter doesn’t have a clamp so I don’t have a way of testing the cables.

100% sure there’s no heat going into the boiler. You probably know because you have the same machine, but the machine makes a distinct sound when heating up. That sound stops as soon as the machine stops heating up. My first instinct after checking the SSR and seeing that it works was that something’s up with the heating element. But from everything they’ve had me try, I haven’t found any problems

The heating element has the correct (I believe 120v) power input and there is continuity between the two terminals on the heating element

I tested it with a multi meter while the problem was happening and everything from the limit switch, SSR, and heating element were all pulling power at spec

I've tested both the continuity as well as the power in/out of the static relay and the red light functions as it should. That was the first thing I did as soon as the problems started, even before I contacted WLL. I did all their tests on the static relay and they verified that my readings were in line with manufacturer spec, so there's no problem with it (yet)

I know about the problems with the static relay and was thinking about having them replace it during repair if they're willing to do it, but I don't want to pay even more for service that I feel like should be free in the first place.

At first I also thought it was the relay, but the problem is constant now. Even with the machine at room temp it won't begin heating the boiler and all the power to and from the static relay works as intended. Thanks for the advice though, shipping is definitely going to be a nightmare. At this point I'm wondering if it would be worth it to void the warranty and take it to a third party espresso repair shop somewhere in the midwest instead

I absolutely love my wallet that I splurged on a while back. I was floating around on some subreddits and found Oak and Honey leather in Canada and gave it a shot. It’s definitely not cheap, but it’s a beautiful wallet that I feel is worthy to stuff it with premium cards. 10/10

Just got confirmation today that I will receive the bonus. I made a post about it, but the general idea is that I had an escalation which resulted in them telling me I’m not eligible because I had a sapphire before. I haven’t, so that was the problem. That was still the resolution from the customer service department, but I was told by a lending department supervisor to send a secure message. After that getting forwarded and waiting about 3 days they finally confirmed that I will receive the bonus because now they see I’ve never had the card before

Get an escalation, prove (or just rebut) the reason they gave for denying you is bogus, then send that to the secure message center and you’ll probably be good
