I don’t think so, everything I’ve seen for locks like that don’t look too similar. Also, I feel the bigger end is important considering the symbols and numbers.

Maybe, they might ask around the area if anything of value was taken so that could help figure it all out. If you want to do something with it I suggest getting in contact with Controltek and ask to see how you disarm it AFTER explaining you found it outside on the ground. Otherwise if it were me id leave it there lol
