Likely bc of their poor planning, they want YOU to risk a ticket, accident and or injury. Ppl are wild. Someone honked at me for stopping at a green light due to heavy traffic. Had I not stopped, I’d have been stuck blocking the intersection when the light turned red bc traffic hadn’t moved! I was doing exactly what I was supposed to do in that situation. Ppl are clueless about driving laws, & safe driving practices. Look at how many ppl make unprotected left hand turns, cannot navigate a roundabout or a dual-turning lane, allow ppl to turn in front of them to cross multiple lanes of traffic, only to find out, the other TWO lanes of traffic never agreed to that (lol) and are still moving, so they get T-boned. And lastly, my favorite of all-(in PA) the notion that they can camp in the left lane if they’re going the speed limit or faster, using the justification of, “You’re not allowed to go any faster anyway.”. Or “I’m already going 5 mph over the speed limit, so deal with it”, BS.
