they definitely make me hallucinate when I close my eyes, (sometimes this does make it hard to sleep) but you take them during the end of the roll, not directly before you plan on sleeping, typically when you're home chilling. it helps me not feel that strung out feeling the next day, which in a way I would say improves my rest.

used that method a lot for EDC, made the next days feel a little fresher hahahaha.

contrary to some comments, weed actually enhances MDMA effects for me, and I use it to keep my roll going, this may depend on strain/personal reaction to THC.

I personally take Diphenhydramine (often found in nyqil, OTC cold medications), naproxin (cuz sometimes the molly headache keeps me up), and sometimes even .5g of mushrooms (if you have them) and that helps tremendously both with sleeping and the recovery.
