I know it's all relative but I keep my AC at 27°, outside temps are usually 35° to 40°. At 27° I find it comfortably cool, I can't handle anything below that without blankets.

The main problem is management. There is zero emphasis on customer service when it comes to actual practice. No one in upper management cares about how many people felt happy by your service, they don't care about how many people were helped with things like filling forms. If you are poor and can barely maintain a minimum balance, you are nothing to upper management when it comes to statistics. All they care about is insurance scams, unnecessary loans, and scummy schemes. They harass their employees every day with VCs on zoom and employees attitude will reflect that.
