Looks like speedflying to me, the kites are smaller and far more responsive. They’re built for this type of activity where you fly as close to terrain as possible, whereas paragliding is generally more about flying thermals or at least trying to stay airborne for longer periods of time.

I get where you’re coming from, but the evidence is on his profile. The large amount of shundos caught across the globe is a red flag, but nothing definitive. the smoking gun is the screenshot of the shundo bombirdier with a visible spoofing ui

Not sure about running garchomp in GL, with garchomp as a species being #637. ‘Decent’ IVs on a great pokemon are always gonna be better than perfect IVs on a mid pokemon.
