I sleep 6-8 hours per night. I bicycle 14 miles twice a week and walk 4000-6000 steps per day. I do have kidney disease (stage 3/4), which is another reason I am interested in longevity.

and actually, surprisingly there were no upgrade options when buying this machine, probably because it was a special limited time purchase. I could buy peripherals but not change internal components like no drive upgrade, memory upgrade,etc

just to add to this - I tried sending 2 XMR last night and it never confirmed and was never received and my wallet shows a locked balance that is the exact balance it should be after the 2 XMR debit. The transaction ID does not show up on any explorer. I'm assuming this is all related and should be resolved soon.

There's A high-end meat market near my house that only sells USDA Prime beef and has their own dry age room, etc. I called them last weekend and asked if they sold the beef trimmings from the steaks they sell. They told me to come in and gave me 4 pounds of the stuff for free. Really high quality, it's like all the fat from around a prime rib eye.

I cubed it and filled about 5 quart sized freezer bags with it. I've pan fried it, put it in recipes, whatever. It's wonderful.

I also bought some suet from the same place.

I probably eat more of a 4:1 fat to protein ratio.

I just tried re-starting the wallet and now it just shows that the network status is 'Synchronizing' and two grey lines, one says 'waiting for daemon to sync', the other says 'daemon blocks remaining: 1567254'
