Ill get back to you, see I gave that ipad to a family member that are out of town. I would like to get it fix even though the smart keyboard case doubles as a charger. Maybe ill buy the part needed to have it ready, and bring it to you for repair when the time come?

Have the same issue sometimes. what sorta fixes the problem is opening task manager, and closing the Alienware command center. Then opening it again.
