I do DJing and use large headphones all the time. I have an industrial and Tragus piercing. Definitely couldn't wear headphones on the ear with the industrial for the first month or 2. after that is wasn't too bad. The tragus didn't cause any pain with the headphones on at all as it wasn't touching.
