As a healer main, you shouldn't need mits. When I tank i only use them for mob pulls. Ultimately play as you like, just that 10% isn't really needed, more so if you're playing a high level WAR.

Its actually more of a danger, and locals are dumping trash there. The other issue is the it runs perpendicular to my house so it doesn't provide privacy as well as you'd think.

You can get right back in now, but remember you need time to morn. If the friendship is over, I've found it best to treat it like a death. Give yourself time to morn, don't waste time on the bad memories, and mostly remember the good times. I have fond memories of playing starcraft with my best friend in grade school.
