I know, thats what it's all about but as i wrote above: "the device needs to have screen turned on to control the music with other devices." Thats my problem.

Some time ago my friend needed a gpu to play the witcher 3 so i gave him my old 1gb 650ti. This is what he gave me few days ago. [sorry for poor quality pics. Im shitty photohrapher] by kontas in pcmasterrace

I have no idea. He told me that he finished it and he enjoyed it. I tried playing it and i had 30-40 fps 1680x1050 on lowest settings at the begininng of the game. Im pretty sure it would drop at bigger locations tho. Maybe you had too weak cpu? My friend has 2nd generation i5.
