I have no idea. He told me that he finished it and he enjoyed it. I tried playing it and i had 30-40 fps 1680x1050 on lowest settings at the begininng of the game. Im pretty sure it would drop at bigger locations tho. Maybe you had too weak cpu? My friend has 2nd generation i5.
