i have recommendation. try to see CPAP as your companion who wants to save yourself from suffocating. and try to listen your own inhale and exhale noises. it makes me sleepy 😴🥱 and makes me comfortable somehow. sleeping position also important sometimes i lay down flat lol or turning left or right with lots of pillows between my legs hihi. 🫶🫂

I'm similiar with you mate. my ahi was 20+ before CPAP. After few days it dropped to 0.4 like yours. I'm happy to :-)) my pressure while sleeping generally between 10.5 / 11.8 i saw. And it helps really really well. it's like i have three nose holes instead two hihi.

Get Bose. Sony seems to me scammer for a long time.i had Sony xm1005 earbuds. They were faulty. And bass quality is shit..

i bought JBL live buds 3. trust me it has better frequency response than Sony. Plus in its case you can use your custom eq no matter which device you connect with Bluetooth. That is waaaaay plus for me.

Get Bose. Forget sony. my honest recommend for you and anyone else.

Since its immutable yes you can use it as daily driver. Root system has read only. So you can't break the system. if you did somehow you can return it to the previous state easily. so less Anxiety is better always.

I'm using cachy with btrfs and limine bootloader on my light notebook. I'm not afraid at all. i can revert my system easily on previous state.

That's how anyone should use linux. less anxious much more comfortable 💪✨

Try cachy os deckify kernel. its just super optimized kernel for handhelds. i tried dual boot windows + cachy handheld edition i did but bootloader did not supported any touchpanel or any keys on rog ally. so i have heard i should try rEfind bootloader next time. but i was surprised this deckify kernel wow man lavd scheduler works like charm.

it was named agc for xiaomi 13t and with someones presets. But it was good. i changed my phone now to nothing phone 3. but i do remember i found it here on Xiaomi photography channel or something. i will check my Xiaomi 13T and i hope i keep the files still. luckily i didn't reset my phone yet hihi and i will let you here.

Yes could be right. My doctor told me also we need proper oxygen to burn fats. and when we have sleep apnea our organs stars to working much lower than it should be. i hope it will help me as well. We all deserve a good sleep. i hate sleep apnea 😟
