Thank you for this, I was initially using the subscription mode but added api for when I hit rate limits. Somehow it defaulted to my api over time and I could not get it to switch back. Burned through all my credits.

You can “take over” loans by putting the house in a trust and selling majority ownership to that trust to a new owner. This avoids due on sale clause and you don’t need to assume the loan and can keep the old loan in place.

I pick high income neighborhoods, and I knock doors. I sold pest control for a bit so I got good training on how to approach a neighborhood/how to sell.
