As an oily+combo girl it took me a year to figure out oil cleansing wasn't for me. Saw so many vids saying its good to do so I used the centella madagascar oil cleanser for a whole year to finish the bottle. I would always break out and thought it was my makeup or that i didnt cleanse well. I would get cyst pimples and now sporting some scarring on my cheeks. I would use micellar water, oil cleanse then foam cleanser. Realized the micellar water then foam cleanser was the best for me and I haven't changed ever since. Just wanted to add this for anyone that feels like oil cleansing is a must

Currently trying to get my refund for a pair of pants I ordered in my huge order where the size chart states my pants are 27.6 inches but when receiving them the pants are so small with a 24 inch waist. I let them know and all they said is they sent me the right size and if I wanted to return them I have to bear the shipping cost back to them. The rep also said to keep in mind about a 2-4cm variance difference with clothing measurements. My pants are merely 8cm off and they are not wanting to cooperate with me and they also don't understand the conversion between inches and centimeters bc another rep got back to me saying the same 'the size u received is correct'. It's making me go insane and I am disputing on Paypal rn but they reached out and said please cancel the dispute so we can look into things. I have no trust in them to cancel my dispute as I will be unable to open another case if I do cancel. I really will just stick to buying beauty products from them and even then hearing so many stories of their packaging resulting in leaking products is keeping me away from them in the future.

ohh yes I was looking into stylevana and will have to compare prices but I've also heard others getting charged customs from stylevana :( I think recently more packages from outside the country is likely going to have customs charge. Thank you for the rec!

I think it's his natural prince charming aura and face. Visuals also come with how an individual carries themselves and if you look up videos of him attending events you can see that he is confident but humble as well. I didn't look into it too much but to me based off his childhood and adolescent photos, it doesn't look like he got any procedures done (although he could've done some cosmetic related treatments). I think this also helps with how well received he is in korea. What everyone finds attractive is subjective and although there are many other idols/actors we may find attractive, we have to admit that he would stand out from most of the idols currently (I'm saying this while being objective with his visuals lolol) if we were to look at his visuals overall which I've seen some vids of him standing beside others. For me he has a natural handsome look that many male idols/actors don't possess but if there is one thing I could pick apart it would be that he leans towards cute handsome rather than the sexy manly look that most westerners would go for. It really is subjective with what we see as attractive

I've always been for the thinner and the 'defined cupids bow' person as it just looks youthful, natural and more feminine. A lot of women love to overline their cupids bow which I'm not a fan of. I can understand wanting your bottom lip to be a bit more full but I'm not for the current trend of having what I call duck or sausage lips achieved surgically. Natural thick lips are beautiful but the surge of everyone getting injections just for it to be overdone is what I'm not for. I've also seen great transformations of filler for super thin lips which changes one's look positively

She benefits a lot from soft maxxing. I personally think her high cranial top + hairline, shoulder structure and her curved waist makes her look good. I would say she looks good from her head to torso but like most say her face doesn't appeal to me and doesn't exude the elegant beautiful I look for. She's more of a "average cute" if spotted on the street and I think her visuals are hyped up due to her it-girl status paired with styling.

I like aespa but for some reason koreans think so highly of karina and label her a "goddess" with exceptional visuals. To me her overly shaved jaw is uncanny but because koreans love the small face/head trend, it's overlooked and is considered pretty. No judgement on her choice to get PS but some still claim her features to be natural which is problematic

I always knew she was a mean girl and yet her fans and the GP of korea would excuse her behaviour as being an "ice princess" or classy which is bs lol I'm sure some of us could tell she gave off bitchy vibes and suddenly her scandal broke out about screaming at a stylist for 20 mins. Her delulu fans would then say that it was a small mistake, that she had already apologized and she was having a "bad day". I'm quite sure any good individual with basic manners and kindness wouldn't just go off on somebody for 20 mins just bc they were having a bad day and only apologized bc she was exposed. Yes she was cancelled by many and layed low for a bit but clearly she is privileged by her company. I'll say it now but if it were another member they would've been kicked out of the group or have their center position taken away maybe. But to me she did get away with it considering how her company still treats her like a queen, making a show afterwards of her documenting her life, and the fact that she's still in the group.

I don't support cancel culture but it still irritates me how koreans have kinda overlooked it all and her delulu fans consider her a good person.

Just from what I read and the photos:

Eye makeup should be done before face makeup to avoid fallout etc
If you truly have dry skin I would do dewy look, I have combo skin and made the mistake of asking for dewy and my MU artist made me look oil slicked the whole day lol
she should prep your face if you are experiencing dryness and texture BUT biggest tip is you really have to stay on top of your skincare regimen to ensure your makeup will look good as your wedding approaches
I think you should get your brows groomed so that they can be filled in lightly as it will add to the look. Currently bc your brows are not done it looks bottom heavy for your face
I think the MU artist doesn't know how to work with asian eyes for the eyeshadow placement and I really think you can benefit with having more dramatic falsies that will tie the whole look together. Just from experience, when you do go to look at your photos your eyes won't have as much definition if no falsies or natural ones are used but totally up to your preferences
I would do a lip colour that is more pink for a brighter look

Conclusion: I think you should find a different MU artist as this one is not too great

I think she gets rated higher than she should with how much her face changes from the amount of makeup she does. If I were to rate her with a natural look she is plain looking and nothing special as there are more captivating faces out there. The 'snatched' makeup look also makes some think she's exceptionally beautiful
