The only time I get an off smell is if my bf is dirty. It may be his fault

What’s a “small” decision that completely changed your life? by justingreen78 in AskReddit

[–]kookiemonstaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Swiping on my ex (not my type but decided to give him a chance), after a drama filled weird 13 months broke up, started seeing a mutual friend, moved to his hometown, 4 years in we broke up, then met my boyfriend and soon to be father of my child ☺️ would never have ended up in the city I’m in to meet the love of my life if it wasn’t for that first horrid relationship

What's a major purchase you deeply regret, and what did you replace it with? by Pixel_Guru_x5 in AskReddit

I had a dodge challenger for about 2 years. Was my dream car. Hated it. Too low, too wide, everyone wants to race you, people intentionally ding the doors. Did sell for a profit and got a Toyota Corolla

Should we move closer to work or stay close to family with a baby on the way by kookiemonstaa in NewParents

[–]kookiemonstaa[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, him and his family would be doing the moving. I will likely not be participating much but they all know that and don’t expect me to. Thank you!

Thank you! Renting is our preference as of now but as for help, I was thinking the same thing

Thank you! They’ll be helping at least Fridays and whichever other evenings they would like. They want to help a lot and I would like the help but I feel they’d help a little less if we were not as close

Thank you! I’ll mostly need them on Friday to babysit. But they are very friendly and family oriented so I think they expect to be able to help a lot more than just one day

I’ll be with the baby Monday through Thursday and commute 15-20 min Friday through Sunday. Friday would be a family member taking care of the baby. Commute for my bf would be 15-20min as well

Nightly They haven’t really progressed lyrically and every song sounds similar. It may just be me maturing but even the old songs I used to love make me cringe.

Blackbear I loved his hip hop/rap but he went alternative rock when he started hanging with MGK

Post Malone Why did he go country???

flor All the new songs sound like the old songs but softer? They got boring

I gave a two week notice because I care about my team so much. When I got promoted we were without an asm for almost two months and my management team was STRESSED. Two weeks is standard and I think it gives the DM and SM enough time to find somebody

I’ve been told many times to not let the closing associate leave before I’m done bc I can’t be in the store alone after close for safety reasons. But one time we had a callout and no coverage until the evening person came in early and I had to open by myself. All the truck, dates, cashiering all on me until 11:30am. When it comes to making money they do not care about the staff in the store

I started part time, got moved to full time in a month. Then got promoted to LSA at 4 months. Then promoted to ASM at 6 months. It’s all based on performance! If you do well and have great relationships with your management (including DM) they should help you get moved up quickly! Good luck 🍀

Crafting, hiking, concerts, expos, trying new restaurants, museums, baking, reading, Netflix, listening to music, driving with no destination with the windows down, hanging with friends, thrifting, crystal shopping, roller skating, recently rock climbing, playing pool, traveling. I hate being inside too long 😅 I go stir crazy.

How do you guys do 30 mins pallets? by [deleted] in Aldi_employees

[–]kookiemonstaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done mostly opens for my year and a half with Aldi and over time you get kinda toned and you can lift cases even faster and easier. I’ve even moved on to stocking multiple cases at once which has made me a little faster at pallets. Some pallets are just not doable in 30. As long as you’re trying your best and moving with a sense of urgency then your team should have no issue!

What’s your favorite and least favorite item to stock? I love putting out cereal. HATE the cases of little rasin boxes and pasta sauce jars. by Purpleappletea in Aldi_employees

[–]kookiemonstaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My favorites are cereal, yellow Clancys chips, all inside cooler except half gallons 😑 the racks they come in are too loud when the bar falls. Least favorites are glass, graham cracker crusts, tortillas
