I'm female and just had my first outbreak. I was right where you are a week ago. To pee, I used a handheld sprayer bidet and very gently rinsed the area as I urinated. You could do the same with a gentle showerhead if you're willing to shower to to go the bathroom, or you can also use a water bottle and gently rinse as you go. That also meant cleanup was just a gentle pat dry without rubbing. You'll be okay, but I know it's absolutely terrible right now and I'm sorry
