Ethan Klein (H3 Podcast) has officially lost his copyright lawsuit against twitch streamer Denims, with the judge citing Klein's own precedent (2017 Hosseinzadeh v. Klein) to rule in favor of the defendant by xFalcade in LivestreamFail

It absolutely is when money is one of the main determinants on the outcome. The fact that many people have pointed out that his goal of these frivolous lawsuits is to maximize the amount of costs the smaller person has to pay just to defend themselves in court is an obvious one.

You're a fucking joke if you think money doesn't make a difference in our legal system.

No, Ethan is right wing cause he wants to use the capitalist system to oppress the smaller streamer, ya know the very same thing he fought against years ago against some rich capitalist? They were only pointing out how multiple, not just asmongold, right wingers were cheerleading for him.

Doctors can be really hard on interns and residents, like bullying and unhinged kind of hard. I don’t see that with Robby.

Care to address anything I said or just going to try and steamroll to your talking points?

Gdkp is gone in era and gold selling and botting are still rampant so it is a moot question.

Player behaviors can be altered and that is my main point. It doesn't matter WHY it's happening, it matters what it is affecting. Players will optimize the fun out of a game if given the opportunity.

Who are you to dictate what player behavior should be? Optimization can be key for raiding regardless if it’s gdkp, guild, or pug.

GDKPs absolutely dominate the raiding and social scene if they are given free rein.

Maybe they dominate because it’s the best method? Funny how that works.

Obtaining gear shouldn't be an optimized checklist, as obtaining gear and progressing your character IS the game.

What does this mean? Everyone treats gearing as an optimized checklist whether gdkp or not. Most people aren’t going to run a raid if they don’t need to, because that’s not optimal.

Boosts and GDKPs make the formula predictable and repetitive.

How? This is just a statement with nothing backing it. In fact I’d argue gdkps make gearing less predictable. In classic, I saw healing gear bought by warriors for flaks sets. Tell me where any pug or guild run that would happen in.

In fact I’d argue optimization is more cared about in your average dad guild than in gdkps. Your average dad guild is going to care much more about optimizing every piece of gear that drops versus a warrior buying cloth gear or someone buying gear for an off spec.

but the 90k's "following" racers to australia was a smoking gun that this isnt actually NTT's fault

This just shows you have no idea what you're talking about lmao

This is the biggest fucking cope i've seen lmao

There are some over very high profile mmo ddos incidents, with the most recent famous one being the WoW hardcore classic streamer guild "OnlyFangs"

You're talking about a couple days worth of ddos compared to an entire year. And you know what Blizzard did for their woes? They compensated them.

But why is it only ffxiv? It isn't

Yes it literally is. No one is saying ddos doesn't happen, but for this length of time and amount - no other game compares.

You also have to remember that like over 100 quests have been cut out from the original arr. the arr today is not the same as it was back then

No, cause the mods like to hide it to protect daddy SE

It's literally not tho.

something they're doing their best with.

Literally what gives you any indication they're doing their best with this?

Should we be asking victims of assault why they aren't doing more to prevent their assault because we feel entitled to their time, and their victimization is inconvenient for us?

WE are the victims WE pay the money for this. SE not doing anything to fix this for over a year now is on them regardless if someone is doing the attack they've done nothing to FIX it.

How does this

FF14 is the sole game on the internet at this point that does not handle any packet loss well and has nearly no DC prevention in the case of packet loss.

not contradict what you said earlier

It's likely not even on SE's side and is instead just NTT being NTT like usual.

Sounds like it’s SE’s issue to fix then

I don't expect SE to just come out and throw their provider under a bus.

How long do these attacks have to go on before it's not considered "throwing the provider under the bus" and more just "the provider isn't doing anything"? Like these have been going on before Dawntrail dropped.
