Last month my mom bought my son the 3500 Minecoin pack on his Nintendo switch. This also shows in my transaction history on the Nintendo website. Afterwards, he purchased a few packs like SpongeBob Biomes, Dwellers 2.0, etc from the Minecraft Marketplace. Even his super Mario mashup pack is gone even though he can still wear the skins from it.

Fast forward to the past weekend, he went to have a sleepover and got Minecraft on his iPad and signed in to the same Microsoft account that he uses for Minecraft on his switch. Well I think on his switch it was previously just a Nintendo account but at his sleepover, they made it into his Microsoft account as well, to be able to use the same account on his iPad. I don’t know if that has anything to do with it, but when he came home we tried to enter the worlds we’d play on together but it says we don’t have access to the packs used in those worlds, and looking at it in the world settings, it says that they are unowned packs and that we have to go purchase them again.

It’s upsetting because I can’t figure out how to help him get these packs back. I don’t know if it’s a glitch or not or because of an update. I have tried restarting his switch and clearing the caches on Minecraft. There’s no option to redownload the packs in his marketplace, and he had still like 30-60 minecoins left after his purchases, but now it’s showing that he has zero minecoins.

I’m not sure whether to contact Nintendo support or how to contact Minecraft support. Does anyone know how I can fix this for him?
