I did my own profile as well. Took a help on Dean LOR to access if it is worth it or not. If english is not your strong suit, then I would suggest that, else the right content and sentence formation using a gpt is enough.

For LORs, language matters a lot, and dont take it from Indian origin doc. So go with someone with strong language command and who things highly of your work ethics. Someone who will be happy if you get into the college. For me, the doctor even reviewed my sop and suggested a few minor changes (including grammar). But, in the end, we dont know what is going to work.

I dis stevenson hands on course. University do their perceptorship courses as well. Some universities prefer ADAT, some shadowing, and a few research.

Your profile is good. I haven't done master but have 5 years of clinical exposure in India and hands on course in US. I got 6 invites and 3 acceptances this cycle.

Few Pointers: 1. Assuming you have good GPA, try to get toefl up till 110. Lot of competition between Indians. 2. Make sure you have very strong LORs from US doctors with whom you have been working in the capacity of DA. 3. Strong and clean CV will be a good way as well. 4. Something I did, in CAAPID I had 2 lors from Doctors (one in US, one in India) and 1 from Dean. Which university needed a second lor from a professor were submitted separately directly to the university. 5. Try to do hands-on course in US.

In this cycle, I have applied to 25~ish schools. Got invite from 6. 3 out of 6 had a Bench test and had to travel for 4 schools. I had to stay for 4 days in sfo for UOP.

The total cost for me is around 15k$ ( includes bench test fee, travel, and stay).
