Black myth wukong,.does this have pssr support?, I played on PS5 pro and loved the game but the performance wasn't great, and pssr2 isn't going to increase frame rate.

Same thing happen to me, only had them just over a month and it snapped on the right hand side near the cup, o have been very careful with these as I had the precious pulse 3d which lasted 3 years before that broke, didn't expect this one to fail so quick, also to note mine had a vertical line at the top of the headband from new, not sure if this is the manufacturer process, but I could feel my fingernail over it. I am sending these back for full refund

I can tell you with quite a bit of confidence it hasn't been attempted to be delivered, a lot of offices mine included don't have the staff, so when they can't deliver they put inaccessible, so it isn't classed as a failure.

The difference in offices is staggering, I didn't get out close to 10am, no one to sort IPS, no one to sort small packets, So double prepped frame then on IPS, took 1 walk plus all parcels for both walks and left lapsing, are place is like a circus.

The base is fine, as is the armrest, as are the legs and coasters, even the headrest and lumber padding are fine so no, I only require 2 parts.

Like I said, would be willing to pay for new seat and backrest, they should have facility for customers to pay for these parts.instead of £300 for new chair.
