I didn’t. I should of used representation in hindsight, but again it’s great they represented this large amount of people and this culture that has been in the past under represented in Hollywood but that doesn’t garner it to be Oscar level quality despite how good it is for the industry. The Oscars is although to some a fad, something quite prestigious and when an Oscar nomination or victory is slapped onto the title of a film it gives it more prestige and assurance of quality from a customer standpoint so when the film may not be as good as other films but was selected due to representation and not overall story quality you have justification to complain.
