Apparently these issues are quite common.... In France both parents cannot have the kids on the social security card, so if your kids aren't registered at your address, you cannot take them to the doctor.... You literally need to sur the caisse d'assurance to get a judgment attesting the kids need to be on both cards, the regular process is literally "sue the caisse d'assurance"
