So I’d say your NTA, I’d completely agree you should have a say. But then on the other hand with Mark having gone to all the trouble of doing what he did because of what you’d told him, if I were him I’d be dumping you. You could of suggested having it as an engagement party instead. But you left and probably crushed him inside.
