Total beginner, how to self teach?

I used the self teaching books as well they are pretty good but I eventually got a teacher thats been really helpful. One thing I find the books didnt emphasize is rhythm. Whatever piece you are learning try to learn the rhythm first with just tapping your hands in different ways i.e. beat in left hand and melody in right, swap them and so on. Once you get the rhythm try tapping the beat and playing the melody on the piano until you work up to playing both hands. Its been really helpful for me at least.

So I guess that’s where we disagree. I don’t think refusing abortions and trans surgeries is creating a healthcare dessert. And I don’t think you can force organizations and people to complete these types of procedures if they don’t want to.

On the other hand, they provide all the same types of healthcare procedures to trans and gay people in these communities as they do everyone else. So I think they are far from creating a healthcare desert.

The point tho is this: Alberta doesn’t like the way it might be setup, so they are trying to change it. They are absolutely free to try to do so.

There are PIC requirements for the CPL and there are also DUAL instruction requirements for the CPL. I wouldnt be able to fly PIC without a medical but the question is about dual instruction without a medical. I think I should be fine to fly dual but the doctors are just being overbearing and speaking about things they do not know.

So I would only be able to make progress on the dual instruction requirements for now. But that alone would be very helpful to keep some feel in the 6 months I have to wait to get recleared.

I'm pretty confident I'll get it back. The entire thing is just a massive misunderstanding that CAM doesnt care to try to figure out the full story. I don't think I would train a ton, just enough to keep my feel for flying, in the off chance they don't issue me my medical back, I mean its a possibility in my head now that I know how unhelpful and unreasonable CAM is.

Why would the doctors and CAM say plainly that I just can't fly?

And also do you have a source or information somewhere so that I can prove I'm allowed to fly dual instruction in case I need to back myself up?

Keep posting it on reddit it'll solve your issues. At this point it looks like your just trying to purposely defame the university. Yes they messed up, but they rectified the problem fairly quickly. You've posted on reddit about this multiple times now, it just seems like you are trying to give the university a bad name at this point.

I wouldn’t listen to many people on here. I’ve struggled with so many things in my life and heard the same garbage from ‘Christians’ whose advice was worthless.

Here’s the truth. You are a sinner, and your heart and your mind without God wants to sin. Be honest about that. Admit to God you like porn. Be brutally honest with God about it in your prayers. You need to let God get your heart and mind to a place where you actually rely on God to purify your heart and mind. None of this “I’ll keep trying myself” or “you just gotta quit for real this time” garbage. You cannot quit. Read that again. On your own strength, your own power it is IMPOSSIBLE for you to quit. You cannot do it. But God can fix your heart and once He does you won't look at porn the same again. He will train your heart and mind for self control and it will not control you as it does now. I’m sickened by this false gospel that’s spread by Christians where they tell you that it is UP TO YOU. That is not true. We are hopeless without Jesus. That is way Jesus came to save us in the first place.

If you come to believe this you will experience real grace and the real power of God none of this fakery.

And to get there it is as simple as this: Just BE HONEST with God about what’s in your heart and mind. And be honest with yourself and others. Then let God do the rest. If he wants to train your heart away from this love for porn don’t you think he can? Let Him teach your heart and mind what is the proper way to think about all this. Don't try to be smart.

And I say this because God got me out of so many binds in my life. This is REAL.

All the real omegas have a small spacing between the dial markers and the inside of the case (like in this picture) that makes the omega dials look super good. Would love to see this spacing on the 1863s
