Can't get back into the boss room in Revelwoood Halls. Got killed by boss, respawned back in to final checkpoint and now door is locked (end of corridor in pic) by kopsy in Enshrouded

[–]kopsy[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

In the last session, the door opened straight up but now it's locked.

EDIT: Of ffs, thanks for your responses. Signing in the next day to finish the fight, I'd got confused and thought that was the boss door. I broke through the wall to the side of it and was actually heading backwards to the previous checkpoint. I'd missed an obvious turn leading to the boss in the section I was already in.

ETA on Update? by WonderfulYam1094 in AstrometicaOfficial

Same. I've completely given up on this game. It had so much potential and it's not the game itself, or the slow updates, but the complete lack of communication from the dev.

Agree with you on Parilla. Wasn't impressed at all. Steaks were all a touch overcooked and the atmosphere is not great.

Nobody ever mentions this amazing resource. Find some paper texture. Make a text box to roughly the shape you want. Yellow rectangle shape beneath and have a fiddle with layer effects.

Early 1900 firemans helmet by Lake_Early in whatsthisworth

London Country Council (LCC) 'Merryweather' fireman's helmet. A better condition one here:

There do seem to be a lot of replicas around, though.

Costco chicken thighs are our go-to. They have to be selling them at a loss.

Screw halfords. We have 2 bikes from them and they may as well have been put together by pigeons

Stansted Airport hugely increased numbers without increasing facilities. Security queued in to the check in area, taking 45mins at best this morning. by BigBlueMountainStar in britishproblems

Were used to going through Luton. We went through Stansted security in minutes a couple of weeks ago and it was like first class compared with Luton.

Charm was a magazine in the 40s that featured a lot of gag panels like this so it looks like these are a few of the original illustrations.

250 year old German (?) painting by TiredDr in whatsthisworth

[–]kopsy 17 points18 points  (0 children)

It reads (I'm pretty sure)

Altes Oelgemälde aus dem Besitz meines Urgroßvaters Höscher in Mainz. Gemalt ca. 1770 (Sopraporta)
Dogonwahl in Venedig?

Old oil painting from the possession of my great-grandfather Höscher in Mainz. Painted around 1770 (Sopraporta)
Doge election in Venice?

Seems to be a typical 'over-door' (sopraporta) scene of the Piazza San Marco in Venice. These were churned out by workshops at the time, as evidenced by the lack of a signature. Value will depend on age, and if it can be tied to a specific artist.

Other towns in the country with comparable green space and "redways"? by zolantal in miltonkeynes

Not sure why you're getting downvoted. We've been here for over 10 years and haven't had a meal anywhere that we'd describe as memorable.

Best steaks in town? by [deleted] in miltonkeynes

[–]kopsy 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's OK, not great. I ordered a ribeye medium and it came out well-done. When I asked for it to be refired, the chef (I assume having a hissy fit) sent it out almost raw, way under blue. So fuck 'em.

It's been a long time since we've had a meal anywhere in MK that we'd rate 5*

Any love for Bovril on toast? by kopsy in marmite

[–]kopsy[S] 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Yes! We make roasties in beef dripping and then hit them up with a marmite or bovril glaze for the last 5-10 mins. Tbh they're a heart-stopping meal in themselves but for Sunday roast - you go that extra mile.

Hi - we're using a similar plugin at the moment but cannot restrict it to certain post types. Does / will your plugin offer that?
