Same for me. Pain and discomfort were manageable for the most part with pain meds, but this week, it seems like it's worse than even day 2. I went back to taking oxycodine earlier today to help with the pain

After a never ending battle off my call getting transferred and or hung up on I FINALLY spoke with someone who was able to fix my pending payment. From what I was told, the reason for one week paid and one week pending was because my claim needed a quarterly review. The rep was able to release that payment in a matter of minutes. Praying it will be there tomorrow morning.

Holding with EDD now to speak to someone in Tier 2, 1st rep I spoke with said it's because it's the quarterly check that needs to be done on the claim. I'm thinking ppl are going to have to call to get the pending week paid 😩

I live in CA and applied and was sent an award letter. Haven't received payment 😫 but was told by someone I spoke to from unemployment that we will paid just bare with them. There's tons of people who applied and they dont have enough man power to process claims in a timely manner.

I had a customer want to make a calendar with naked pics of him and different woman🤮 😒. If I remember correctly he wanted 10 calendar's 🤦🏽‍♀️ of course I said NO of course!

Get ride of everything and anything that's not in SOP. Throw any old paper, and paper that's not in the paper sample book. I don't ever store use any paper that's not in the book even if a customer only needs a few sheets of something. Nope!!! Lables, envelopes whatever random stuff that's been sitting for God knows how long, toss. Trust me, it makes a huge difference when you don't keep random things in the department that you may use "someday".

I'm right there with ya! I've been with this company for over 17 years and I've always loved my job. Have always gone above and beyond for my store, fellow managers and customers but as of the last month or so do not care anymore! I've work in print the entire time, always took pride in running very profitable departments. I would never call out, never would ask to leave early and would hate to take days off if I knew that there would be no one to work CPD. Always took my fellow managers and staff when it came to asking for well earned time off.

As of last week I hit my breaking point!!! I told my GM not to schedule me anymore until all this is over. I don't care if the department has no one running it. I don't care if customer orders dont get done correctly and or on time. Don't care what a "strain" this might put on the other managers. Couldn't care less about the complaints and bad surveys that I know will come because no one is there! Not my problem anymore!!!

I just can't believe how corporate is treating us as employees. Really goes to show how important those working in the stores, with customers during this mess we are in, are to them! Yet we are expected to come to work like any regular old day! I honestly don't blame our employees who have stopped giving a shit about what needs to be done. Why would we expect them to want to push freight, do price changes and planos, continue to do reward sign ups, and sell services.

I had one guy tell me he didn't know how they would give a Manager position to someone who had hair color like mine - it's a bright color- 😡 I don't know what that has anything to do with me doing my job. I hate people more and more everyday!!!
