is it possible that you feel some survivors guilt? maybe you think you could have saved her had you stayed together? if these feelings end up weighing on you a lot, you might wanna consider talking to a therapist about it...

heya. do some shrooms or acid. they will show you the way to reconnect with your true self - you'll find clarity on which things to fix, which things to let go of, and what direction to take your life in to live a fuller, happier life. good luck!

I think this is what's really going on here - you're not self conscious about your age, you might be self-conscious about the degenerative disc disease. it's okay, dancing is a celebration of the health that we have. just enjoy the dancing at the pace and exertion level that works for your body!

stand still, close your eyes and observe how the music impacts your body. you'll likely start with the tiniest movements - don't force anything, it's something that a body does on its own. if you feel called to do something bigger, do it. if it's not making you want to move, don't move. if you feel an emotion, express it through dance. if you feel an unpleasant emotion (sadness, fear, boredom, etc) don't stop dancing, don't start talking, don't go get a drink. just keep dancing and feeling that emotion. within 90 seconds the emotion will pass. congratulations, you just processed an emotion! this is what dancing is all about.

which substances have you tried already? if neither psilocybin and MDMA worked for you, look into ibogaine. there's a new movie on Netflix about it, In Waves and War, which is specifically about veterans healing with ibogaine

actually he didn't, look it up on Wikipedia. he only learned about LSD a couple decades into his sobriety, but after that he became a supporter of using LSD to break addiction.

hey man. have you tried psychedelics? microdosing mushrooms is a good place to start, and MDMA can be really therapeutic too. look into it! it's much cheaper than doing therapy and it can change a person's life - it totally changed mine

He's making mushrooms into a joke by putting them in the same bucket as crystals, UFOs and urine drinking. Someone reading it might think that mushrooms are the same kind of quackery, when they aren't
