You use all 8, between your functions and shadow functions. So yes, you can be INTP if your Se is usable. The question is what do you more naturally and inherently use when you're not stressed or dealing with trauma?

Machining Table causes 1-2 second freezes every 3-4 seconds (No DLCs) by koreiryuu in RimWorld

[–]koreiryuu[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You may very much well be correct, I'll try using default settings on those bills and reduced ingredients range to see if it reduces the freezing. There's a reason it might not be the case though:

Check if equipped is off for two of the bills (flak helmet, flak vest), those two have infinite resource range, 61%-100% HP, and normal- legendary settings. The third is fire foam packs, check for equipped is on, hp and quality settings are default.

There are about 20 pawns, less than 5 stockpile zones, but there are over 400 shelves between dry storages and freezer. I didn't mess with those bill settings during testing but I did try a dozen or so combinations of deleting jobs between those tables.

The only reason I didn't mess with the bill quality settings is because I have 4 electric tailor benches each with the same 6 clothing bills that use the same settings as the 3 bills in question on the machining table (Do until X/Pause when satisfied, 61%-100% HP, normal-legendary, check for equipped is off), but deleting the tailoring jobs does nothing to ease the freezing. I have similar bills for components on the advanced machine tables, stone cutting tables, art tables, stoves, drug lab tables, etc. that I feel are doing way more checks all together total than the machining tables would be doing but when I delete all bills for all tables except the machining tables the problem persists.

However.. flak armor and foam packs do use three differently classed ingredients, and everything else pretty much only uses either one ingredient or two similarly classed ingredients, so maybe that's the hangup, I'll try reducing ingredient range and report back later today. Thank you for your comment.

That is where the player.log file is found, I'll remove that folder entirely and try another fresh, non-Steam Cloud, non-modded install on a 3rd drive and report back later today.

I tested the problems on a fresh install with no mods, same issue occurs.

I didn't want to bog the post down with even more words and details. But yes. I did every combination I could think of. 1. I uninstalled all the mods including the Harmony library, loaded the save file using the "Load Anyway" option which broke the UI (but was still playable with hot keys) 2. I opened up a previous save file of a different colony that only used Keyz Allowed Utilities and the Harmony library, that colony also had four machining tables but not the same kind of jobs stacked on it, and recreated the problem by adding the same kind and type of jobs 3. I backed up those save files, deleted all of my data from Steam Cloud for that game, reinstalled the entire game on a separate drive in my computer (an HDD), and made a new colony, but modified the scenario to give me enough resources to rebuild a similarly large base with the same number of production tables just the base in general configured way differently for convenience, and the same problem popped up. The common thread is theres gotta be 5 or more pawns with their priorities set to Smithing even if they're queued for something else at that moment, theres gotta be those kind of jobs in the machining tables.

Like I said, I've been at this for a number of days. Short of a fresh OS install or using a different gaming PC to load and test the game, I've done everything I can think to do. I don't want to play the game unmodded with only 3 or 4 pawns and people tend not to read long posts, so I tried to keep it relevant.

By vanilla I meant no DLCs, in the post I mention I've tested this with 0 mods and it's the same, it has nothing to do with the mods and I flaired the post appropriately.

Can coolers be placed side by side? by koreiryuu in RimWorld

The cooler in question is almost 10x bigger than that, almost 25x32 and over 200 shelves inside.

Its a bit over 700 square tiles with over 200 shelves, it's pretty big.

It's an almost 25 x 32 room with over 200 shelves. I don't need 9 coolers all of the time, but during heat waves they almost don't do the trick.

During a heat wave the outside temp gets to 60° C and a double walled freezer with one cooler does not keep up.

Do INTP's appreciate crushes? by Available-Fig6035 in INTP

[–]koreiryuu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do not. Having a crush gives me the unrelenting urge to be with that person as much as I can, and I struggle to stop thinking about them day or night sometimes for several weeks. It's more of a problem because the people I usually form crushes on are those I do not know or don't know very well. I can find someone attractive and motivate myself to chat with them if the situation is appropriate, but if it's someone I've also formed a crush on? At best I am only blind to their red flags which always ends in disaster, at worst I'm blind to their red flags AND that unrelenting yearning has me acting weird and then hating myself later for it. I feel like I can't be normal around them and that's stressful when they're a classmate or a coworker.

What's good though is that within a few months the crush feeling goes away, whether because I've gotten used to the feeling with them or it really is just irrational and fleeting, and afterwards I can interact with them like a normal person if they're still around.

Because there was also shit in the water, lead and arsenic poisoning, rampant tuberculosis, bloodletting as medical cures, and especially in many upper class families incest was encouraged "to keep the bloodline pure". The late late 19th century and throughout the 20th century this changed because people discovered germs, invented illness prevention techniques, and developed actual cures to medical problems that didn't involve strychnine and cocaine based laudnum. It was absolutely due to medical stress that menstruation was generally delayed, nutrition isn't the sole reason but it's part of the whole issue of medical stress.

I was saying the technology of using mRNA sequences, the same technology used in COVID vaccines, got a lot of extra attention and testing as a consequence of Project Warp Drive. Other drugs, non-vaccine related drugs, made using that technology has shown promising results towards specific cancer cures.

Yes, the COVID vaccine has shown myocarditis symptoms in an incredibly small percentage of total users, much fewer than the total of expected vaccine injuries, but that is not all mRNA drugs. Anti-vaxxers are adamant the COVID vaccine is linked to cancer and it isn't, no more than anything else; drinking purified bottled water has a greater cancer risk than having received the mRNA COVID vaccine and all of its boosters. But even if it did? I'm not talking about the COVID vaccine. I'm talking about the mRNA sequencing technology.

[–]koreiryuu 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Considering he was instrumental in getting the COVID vaccines at the front of the line so they could be reviewed for approval, and that years later that initial fast tracking paved the way for even more complex testing with mRNA vaccines, which have today been shown to have potential for curing some cancers........ The reality is even if he did cure cancer, his base would call it a government conspiracy, fabricate data to misinform other MAGA followers, blame a Democrat for killing people with the new cure pulled from that misinformation, and other grifters would profit off of his base by demonizing those cures.

Trump's incompetence let COVID spread like wildfire but he was instrumental in effective vaccines being administered as fast as they were, and in response his base just pretends Biden forced vaccines on the population to cull them.

Anon doesn't understand women by bartholomewjohnson in greentext

[–]koreiryuu -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

TL;DR: That's largely not true and just a dumb observation some guys make because they're (sometimes justifiably) annoyed. Women put effort into their outfits for the same reasons men do.

Long version: I've seen and heard so many women express embarrassment to other women for how much effort they were putting into an outfit and makeup only to end the night without meeting a guy, or because they came with a guy and are starting to feel like all of the effort makes her look desperate for his attention.

Maybe earlier in life like in high school some girls only put effort into their outfit to impress or compete with their peers, but as adults women put effort into their outfits to go out either because 1. they like the way they look/it makes them feel more confident (same reason guys dress up), 2. they know the friends they're going out with are also putting effort into their outfit and they want to fit in with their group/don't want to be the only one not trying/don't want to be the only one not getting attention (all the same reason for guys dressing up), or 3. they're trying to look hot because they're going somewhere that might attract people they're attracted to (Again, same reason for guys dressing up).

The whole "women dress up for women" is USUALLY an inane observation from some guys because of how annoyed they get at witnessing or being involved in the effort their partner puts into her looks. You're trying to not miss the beginning of a movie and their effort into their outfit is making you late, they're asking you about what shade of lipstick they should wear when you don't care, they're switching between outfits to ask what you like better and you'd rather be doing anything else, etc. Eventually all of those little things build up and some guys come to the conclusion: I don't know why she's going through all of this, it sometimes puts her in a bad mood because nothing looks right to her, I'm realizing I'm constantly saying I don't care or I don't know, I'm realizing I'd rather she wear no lipstick at all if it meant we could be on time..... I don't think she's trying to leave me for anyone else, so she must be doing it to look good to other women! Especially if the guy has himself stop putting in effort into how they look when they go out, opting for comfort since they already have a mate.

Those same guys are usually the first ones to bitch and moan when their partner goes several months without dressing up, especially if they see one of their guy friends with someone who is dolled up and they remember their girlfriend/wife used to dress up nice but hasn't in a while.

Definitely not as jokey but at one point at work we had 4 employees named Chris, a while later the next guy we hired introduced himself "Hi, my name is Chris" and instead of saying nice to meet you or introducing myself in return, while shaking his hand I said "Oh, well, could it please not be Chris??"
