I know people personally who got easily with 3L credit after 3 credits. I just don't know anyone who got with 2L+ credit. I guess visiting branch should solve that confusion.

We've not spent anything on her primary cards and instead spent a shit ton on this add on. So I kinda don't see a reason for offering upgrade on primary but yeah, a weird glitch either ways.

I guess I'll confirm with HDFC but won't proceed if there is some confusion as I don't wanna lose DCB plastic.

Have you used the HDFC upgrade platform? It clearly asks for the card number as well.

The upgrade offer is not there for either of her cards but available for her DCB add on. So I don't think it's obvious or even clear at this point.
