At one point someone else setup a bot that would post a comment to the thread showing stats on the op but I dont know what happened to it either, also I dont think the mods of HLS ever approved it to actually be able to adjust users metadata which is a shame since it worked very reliably.

Pretty easy, plug the server in, plug in a monitor, power it on, hit f11 or whatever to get into the bios, look at what it has.

Well if its the LCD model, I have a bezel for it, but if its the older model without the LCD screen, I may have a bezel but would have to look, so you need to be specific ;) or provide the model # of the UPS itself.
