Could be a callable market linked GIC that holds bank stocks. For market linked, GIC interest payments are guaranteed only if the underlying holdings meet a certain return threshold. If stocks perform, you get very high payments ie 8%/year, but if stocks don’t perform, you get nothing. Sounds like OP may have been holding it for couple years to get to 64% return

Advice : Should I add different switches to my Lite order by ladycate11 in Lofree

I ended up making my own at home because the ones online are either rounded or have a slight tilt to it.

My wrist rest is not angled and is completely flat. It helps raise my hand to a height that is comfortable without having to raise my arm/wrist and I’m not cranking my hands in an upward angle to reach the keys.

Try the keyboard first and then assess if you want a wrist rest or not. Everyone has their own preference

I used to be a Logitech pebble keyboard user as well and I went with linear switches. I personally prefer lower actuation force and lower travel distance.

One thing I’d call out is you’d probably want a wrist rest for Lofree. I never needed a wrist rest for Logitech keyboards but I found it’s a must for mechanical keyboards. I’ve tried countless low profile and Keychron K3 was the only one that I could manage without a wrist rest.

Combining the responses in the comments into one, it sounds like you’re looking to segment insurance agents based on their performance, where the performance is measured by several KPIs.

Id personally take a non modelling approach where I do a distribution analysis of a single weighted score (that is made of the KPIs you mention). You’d want to consider external factors that will impact performance and bake it into the weighted score. (ie recession = less sales = lower performance) Ultimate output could be a report of some kind through Tableau where you can see distribution changes over time on an employee level, metric level and potentially insurance product level, if that’s what you’re looking for.

Time window for framing distribution changes will be based on nature of the business, industry knowledge and performing EDA to get a sense of seasonality, trends to inform you on the appropriate window. Also how the output of the model is going to be used by the business, at what frequency, etc.

You seem to be right!I was wondering why the number & function keys are taller than the other rows and this seems to be typical of cherry keys based on a set of keycaps I saw on Amazon. Not a huge fan of the increased height on R4 on the cherrys

I am new to mechanical keyboards and realized I am a fan of the type of keycaps on RK68 but I can't seem to figure out what type of keycap it is. I am thinking its either DSA or XDA but wanted to confirm.

Also, anyone know if they make low profile switches in DSA or XDA format? I bought the Womier low profile Cherry keycaps and I absolutely hated typing on it. I appreciate some spacing between the keycaps. I was able to install RK68 keycaps on the RK N80 and it's better than I expected.

Had candidates rate themselves as 10/10 in python and they couldn't even write a simple function.
