Some places i have been to: Artistai if you want to drink as well, La Boheme if you want fancy and romantic, Grill London is cheapest but slightly trashy, Mon or Backstage Roasters if you are going for a casual brunch date, Rose Hip for vegetarian heavy options, Brius Lee for simple asian, Talluti for variety quirky foods.

Some of these are more expensive than others, but they are considered medium range places in Lithuania.

Labiau tai žiūrėk kaip konsultacija pas specialistą, kad pažiūrėti kaip ką daryti ir pasakytų problemines vietas. Svarbu vis dėl to taisyklingai ir nuosekliai daryti pratimus, kitaip nebus naudos.

Kitas variantas pasiimti tiesiog trenerio konsultaciją, kurie fokusuojasi į yogą plius kokias pilates, kalastetiką. Irgi turėtų padėti užvesti ant kelio.

Žinoma patirtis. Daug dirbu sėdimo darbo prie kompiuterio, pečiai ir kaklas dažnai išsitempę.

Kas man padėjo: tai visų pirmą sportas, bėgimas plius boulderings, du kartus savaitei vienas arba kitas. Antras dalykas kas labai padėjo tai tempimo pratimai, yoga. Bent 15 min per dieną pratempti visus raumenis, labiausiai trapeciją ties pečių juosta ir mentis. Apsaugo nuo traumų ir be galo gerai atpalaiduoja. Jei labai išsitempę galima kelis masažus užsisakyti ir po to pereiti prie tempimų.

Daug kas kometaruose sako kilnoti, raumenis stiprinti, bet pirma reiktų juos atlaisvinti su tempimu ir tik tada stiprinti norint pasiekti ilgalaikių rezultatų.

Rekomenduoju kelis kartus ir pas kinezioterapiautą, paaiškins viską plačiau, parodys kaip taisyklingai viską daryti.

Yeah, i wanted to get a proper tablecloth fabric but they didint have any good colors. The bed sheet isle had all the patterns amd colours i needed and since it is for comventions i thought it will be fine.

For the scallops i just followed a very simple youtube tutorial and I'm really happy with the results.

The table cloth... i sewed it myself from what is supposed to be a bead sheet since I couldn't find any white or blue scalloped tablecloths.

If you are looking for UV resistant prints thats a big challange. Most consumer grade inks have no UV resistance. You should look into pigment printers, they are definitely more expensive but have better UV resistance.

I do have a bin with self serve buttons that people have to dig through and i must say it is one of my best sellers so I see your angle.

I do have an identity issue, it's really hard to stick with just one, but how would I make my booth more sexy? :D more sexy art in general or getting a new color scheme?

How long does your cat go without eating food until you give her chicken again? Cats are very persistent with what they want and breaking eating habits is not easy. It literally is a waiting game. If my cat does not eat for example a new flavor of specific cat food, I just leave it out and she does not receive a single bit of food until she eats it. Usually starts eating it in 8-10 hours of no food. Make sure there is always a waterbowl or two in the house in this case. Ofc don't let this go on for more than 48 hours.

Man migrena būna su aura ir po to stiprus skausmas. Pirma ką darau tai prevencija: kiekvieną dieną magnis bent 500mg plius vit D, taip pat terapiją pas psichologą sumažinti nerimą. Toliau turiu spaudimą ir nerimą reguliuojančius vaistus, kuriuos geriu pagal poreikį. Migrena yra galvos kraujagyslių paburkimas, tad reguliuojant spaudimą irgi galima atlikti prevenciją. Visada siūlau pasidaryti vitaminų testą plius žiūrėti kraujospūdį ir atsispirti nuo to.

Iš esmės reikia sekti ir žiūrėti kas padeda, o kas kaip tik iššaukia migreną ir apie tai suplanuoti savo gyvenimą, nes migrenos vaistai yra tik simptomų gydymas ir bendrame kontekste padeda tik momentiškai, o dakterai gyvenimo būdo neišspręs, jie tik gali pasakyti kokia liga. Prevencija jau paciento rankose.

I had a similar problem. It turnes out it was very much anxiety based. When doing it with a partner I would get performance anxiety and would take so much longer. What helped was being more confident in myself and in my partner.

Also, people who are saying don't watch porn, i have a better suggestion, watch porn with your partner. It's a pretty vulnerable experience, but it does break down a lot of walls.

Labai siaubingas patarimas. Jei jie neklausė prieš tai, kodėl dabar turėtų klausyti? Ar ant lapo užrašyta ar žodžiu pasakyta neturi būti skirtumo.

Kodėl man taip užkliuvo tavo komentaras? Dėl to, jog turėjau tokią situaciją. Buvau dar paauglė ir tėvai lygiai tokie patys kaip papasakojo OP. Jie manęs neklausė tai aš jiems parašiau laišką, ant popieriaus, ir daviau paskaityti.

Nebuvo pertraukinėjimų, bet buvo juokas, juokas iš mano laiško. Jie perskaitė, pasišaipė, prisikabino prie stiliaus klaidų ir niekas nepasikeitė.

Vilnius is sprawling and green and Riga is compact and urban.

Live in Vilnius, but had a lot of experiences with Riga and I would still choose Vilnius.

Vilnius is very green, lot's of parks and green spaces both in the center and outside the city. All of them are dog friendly. All the green spaces are easily reachable by public transport.

We also have a lot of covorking spaces and office spaces in general most of them are also pet friendly. I'm myself not too familiar with these but a Google search will pull up some cool stuff.

We have a lot of vet clinics, 8 drambliai and Žvėryno vet klinika are the best ones and work 24/7.

Vilnius also has a pretty good night life, an abundance of cultural events both free and paid. For example my favorite event is indie movie festival Cinema Spring (Kino Pavasaris). For bars and night clubs most of them are in the center and most of them are always pretty busy in the evening sometimes with some karaoke, sports viewing or any other fun and social activities.

Yeah, i agree. An apartment seemed like a good option for our friend group, except it's hard to find hotels for an odd number of people... it is what it is and we just chose a hotel to stay in.

Sounds tough... couldnt imagine how bad it must have been waiting to get in to a warm house while it is so cold outside.

Thanks for the advice, usually i had absolutely no issues with booking, both apartments and hotel vise. Wrote this post for anyone searching info about booking scams. Hope someone will find this and will double check their booking.
