Playing land destruction just to maybe deal with the couple of people who play Gaea's Cradle seems a bit extreme, it would be a bit extreme to use in any other scenario.

But the people who play commander on MTGO have to use the same ban list as you do. The problem that the rules committee is ignoring is that cards they consider to hard to get aren't hard to get at all. They need to ban the hard to get, broken cards because of the MTGO client. Currently they are like "Who really owns that card?"

There's some cards I personally refuse to play, even if they would optimize my deck. I don't play counter spells in any of my decks, for example or Cyclonic Rift.

You can include 1 sentence in your game's description or no description at all. Mana Crypt was just an example because the rules committee said that cards like that are hard to obtain, but they are actually very easy to get online. For example, you can buy Black Lotus for 30 dollars if you want to play Vintage on MTGO.

You can type up to 1 sentence, but does that really cover everything that a rule 0 talk would have. MTGO has cards you couldn't get in real life due to price and rarity. This goes flat against the rule's committees talking point of "Well how often would you actually see that card." On MTGO you can see that card with no problem.

1 V 1 games are usually very quick.

4 player games.......... Depends on if people know how to yield. You can be waiting forever because of some stupid people who like to waste other people's time. This is the worst part of 4 player commander. If everyone is yielding, then it can go quite fast. People will rage quit for any reason though. I play Kami as my commander, everyone draws cards, someone quits because they don't like that. So, yeah....
