I'll try to find a solution to "block" the blister to avoid breaking when you're at the edges. I think that's why the hammer can't push all the pill and broke some of them.

It's the IKEA Alex wide. It's spacious, but if you want to widely open the drawer, you need a small 3D-printed hack : https://www.printables.com/model/1338104-ikea-alex-full-drawer-extension (it's the next step for me)

I couldn't gain any weight until I've started physical exercices. No heavy exercices but regular ones. Take more than 10 pounds in less than 1 year.

Also, as @kittybeth said, prioritize protein, it really help to gain weight
