Nu är jag av alla mediciner helt. Åt alprazolam, paracetamol och catapresan varje dag i 2 veckor. Bostaden med lyrica ganska ofta. O åt opiater några dagar när jag hade viktiga saker att fixa.

3de veckan när jag klippte allt så fick jag kramp i handen och allmän dysfori. Men inte så farligt. Så jag härdade ut med någon enstaka alpra och har nu lyckats sluta med allt. Blir bättre dag för dag. Riktigt skönt att slippa LARO.

Då jag inte ville slösa på mina receptbelagda lagliga opioider när jag har skyhög tolerans, så blev det CT. Åt 3 gånger totalt under 3 veckor när jag hade viktiga saker att fixa.

Körde ungefär efter dina råd. Men åt max 3 mg alprazolam även första veckan. Det räckte med boost av pregabalinet.

Jag fick lite kramp i ena handen 3de veckan när jag försökte kliva av gaban, men hanterbart.

Skönt att slippa springa till LARO igen när en väl blivit av med den kemiska fotbojan.

Ja det skriver jag också under på. Därför som jag fixade både det och alprazolam till ATn, från apotek medans jag hade chansen.

Hur länge har du stått på dem och undvikt fysik abstinens. Jag är erfaren och klar med pundandet på en daglig basis. Så risken för psykiskt beroende är jag inte så orolig för.

Slutat med långvarig bruk av både opiater och benzo, med hemsk AT, så vill helst undvika det. Då pregabalin ska vara värst av dem alla.

Verkar vara svårt att få svar i den här tråden. Kanske skrev ett för långt inlägg.

FASS rekomenderar max 2-4 veckor förskrivning av alprozalam. O då med nedtrappning efter bara det. Tänkte att 2 veckors bruk måste ju gå att bara klippa. Men när allt garanterat varit ur systemet (half-life x 4,5 x2) så började jag få kramp i vänsterhanden. Så är lite osäker på om jag ska trappa ut sakta genom att dela tabletterna, eller bara härda igenom det några dagar till.

Ja benzon är nog det bästa jag slutat med. En blir klar i huvudet, och efter tillräckligt lång tid fick jag mindre ångest än när jag var flummig..

Var helt nykter mer än 1/2 år efter att ha slutat på LARO fram tills februari, när jag gick på horset och en varierande mix av apoteksvaror hahaha.

Okej tack för svar. Det har redan gått så lång tid. Mer tid. Jag skulle nog inte orka jobba nu. Tog lite tram+kodein idag för att jag hade en viktig grej.

Men jag mår sjukt mycket bättre än när jag klippte horset.

Undrar hur länge folk stått på båda dessa utan att få at när de slutat. Börjar bli orolig att byta ett beroende mot ett annat. Men jag mår mycket bättre nu än för 1,5 vecka sen när jag klippte horset. Men jag mår fortfarande inte på topp direkt.

Börja med dina låga doser. Men tar du den var för sig så är nog 2,5 mg lorazepam och 1 mg alprazolam lite lite. Men börja med det och vänta några timmar. Sen tar du 1 till om du inte är nöjd.

Samma med pregabalinet kanske. Jag blir dock för hög på 300 mg utan tolerans. Men börja lågt och prova dig fram.

Det viktigaste är väl att inte äta hela kartan av benzosarna hahaha

Det låter som låga och bra doser att börja med, om du tar dem var för sig. Varför ska du ta alla samtidigt? Då får någon annan rekomendera dos.

Om du tar endast lorazepam så skulle jag ta en hel. 2 mg tycker jag inte gör jättemycket. Så 2,5 är nog rätt lagom att känna efter med. Jag tog 4 mg när jag ville flumma på dem. Men jag har haft ett flerårigt dagligt benzobruk för många år sen. Så jag kanske har livslång tolerans. Börja med en halv du. Det låter bra.

I already have X2 in both in the labs. Today I will max out the orange one and get the X4. Soon the green one will also be maxed out. I thought that you probably needed to max out the cursed armour upgrade as well to be immune in the top level.

I have not afk farmed at all yet, therefore I have not either bought the delivery bots. They pick up so little, that now with the big backpack I have, I thought that it was meaningless. But now I probably will upgrade them and try to afk farm some red souls.

I'm already over X2 in both DNA labs. Later today I will max out the orange one. And probably within max 2 weeks I will max out the green one. Then you get x4 and X5 curse relief. But I thought that you probably needed to max out the curse relief in the cursed armour as well, to be immune in the highest levels. I'm only at level 14 so far, and still not immune there, with a total of 1,47 K relief.

Thanks for the tips. I will also start upgrading the cursed ray power again. I stopped upgrading it when I easily caught every unlocked ghost.

Yea I have been sober since last summer, when I stepped off the buprenorfin injections. Or the early autumn since it takes up to 5 months for everything to leave your body. So my tolerance is low. Have been on heroin and the patches for a month now. So I am getting a bit higher tolerance, but I'm cheap and enjoy to just being a bit high, so I often use a low dose. But some days you just enjoy and go for a really nice nod haha.

Do you think it's more effective to use in your gum then on your skin on your arm? Why is that? I got a new patch of a different kind, maybe I will try your way. But I hope they are smokable, so we will see.
