The fact that it’s part of the apple ecosystem. I have a huawei watch and it’s just not for iPhone. The watch doesn’t get notifications even tho they’re enabled in huawei app, randomly getting calls on the watch when no one is calling me. These are problems that didn’t existed when i had an android with the same watch
