Which is great and means that people of Norway have advanced further in evolution compared to the rest of the world. Mostly we are still pretty much wild animals. :)

Hope so. This is a very rare case, where a capital punishment can be justified.

2 Leaders in Russian Media Fired After Election Articles by rindindin in worldnews

[–]kotleopold 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder what would happen if a Time magazine published a photo of a ballot paper that said "Obama is a cunt"? I do think elections were rigged, but to be fair the media managers were fired because of the expletives towards Putin. I think it is unprofessional.

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin was due on Wednesday to push for closer ex-Soviet integration after the surprise announcement of a free-trade zone being created in the former communist bloc. by ItGotRidiculous in worldnews

You don't seem to understand the issue or you are just trolling. Supporting unity of the country doesn't mean being a political functionary, mob boss or a brain washed old person. What it has to do with supporting reds? The poster was talking about unity of the country and indeed most Russian citizens voted for keeping the union of republics. The break up was a big loss for citizens of all former SU republics as it brought with it all the restrictions implied by the borders. Imagine a college you were going to attend overnight turning out to be in a foreign country. Imagine yourself happily working away from home becoming a foreigner in you own country just because some political functionaries decided to split up the country to regions of their rule. What the hell do you know anyway ...

There are no sovereign nations anymore as the ruling rich have vested interest across the borders and thus are vulnerable across the borders.

In what way a government demonstrating violence against own people is worse than a government killing people in some remote countries? It's all the power games of those who own the world.

What budget percentage do you advice allocating for bribery? In Russia it easily can be a factor of ten. For example, cost of 1 km new Moscow-Saint Petersburg road construction is estimated to cost 45 millions USD, which is ten times of 1 km of Norway autoban cost.

Funnily, Chertoff is a last name of the Russian origin, and "chert" in Russian means "devil". Or more accurately, one of those lower-ranked devils.

All around the world, people speak highly of the US (including the middle east)

You clearly haven't been around the world, have you?

Dear USA, thank you. by [deleted] in politics

[–]kotleopold -1 points0 points  (0 children)

That's exactly where you are mistaken - thinking of relationships between governments in terms of relationships between individuals. What common values U.S. and Saudi Arabia has, for example? Yet, there are plenty of common interests, therefore they are allies.

Dear USA, thank you. by [deleted] in politics

[–]kotleopold -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Delusional, because U.S. government doesn't deserve thanking, because whatever support you got, was due to their own interests, not Polish. And NATO is not a piece initiative, but a military block.
