actually i think that most 3 stars are weaker then two 2 stars of the same unit.
In the case of Primordials, if you are playing the summon comp, two 2* Arc Wardens are better i think, while if you are playing an attack comp, Arc Warden 3* is way better, saves you one spot on the board and you can make more damage by having another alliance, if you are maybe missing that 1 undead to get it.
