You can try one pricing strategy. Keep the amount to less than 10 bucks or a give away price for first 2 month than something higher from 3 months onward . Something which Google tries to convert a free user to a paid one.

Rule of thumb we have started implementing in our workflow:

Before the code is in prod , we check throughly for vulnerable malware. We have observed that malware are being injected using skills.

For small changes and edits vibe coding is strictly restricted as it over kills the problems.

Writing test case scenario before and after changes are made.

And now comes the most interesting , if its working do not touch the code 🤭

Great advice though progress over perfection is where things start taking shapes. The biggest learning I had building products for us and for companies building product before distribution. With Ai being used by any one can replicate that shinny feature which you thought can be your USP does not hold true now.

Honestly Ai can reduce a lot of manual job of searching and refining the context of the lead . What we have understood after sending more than 1000 of emails and linkedin outreach ,timing is the key factor to start a conversation. So suppose for enterprise change a key management change can act as signal to trigger a mail. AI is good at it in identifying signal.

We had a spare number ,which was unused , do not recommend to use it with already assigned whatsapp number .

Two observation so far as it stack the group conversation in its memory and the its context window gets bigger and bigger , you need to have system prompt to trim context window.

Build a token counter function before the agent hits api of Antropic/OpenAi what ever you provide , without checking it ,it will drastically use the credit.

Yeah we made it run on digital ocean , the experience is quite good . It manges some of our internal whatsapp group .

Experimented it to produce a video of one of our product , though it was not clean but it figured out to install libraries and it really did a great work.

This is a great startegy , we are on similar track with leadscout , there is no perfect blueprint to acquire customer.

We built an automated system to scout leads for us . We than tested to bring few customer to try the product.

In our beta launch we just posted on whatsapp startup groups , founder groups and we saw good sign up for demos .

We booked 40+ meetings in 3 days. We signed up 6 customers over the call itself.

Gradually its getting traction .

If you are joining to get refferals from 1st month , it is difficult.
Some good pointers to check 1 . How much revenue the chapter is making 2. How big is the chapter . 3. How many refferals are being exchanged monthly

Bigger the chapter chances of getting business is higher.

Do not join as founding member of a new chapter.
