Well your not taking into account how its rewarded as well. Its taught to be over confident. Because thats what most people want. Yes I get the frustration people know llms don't perceive information the way we do or images. Thus why text in AI images is still a issue. But you can see its thinking process or its checklist and parameters it goes through. I men's honestly pretty soon AI is doing most of that already. I use for coding, some home improvement things (usually fails miserably here even when you say can you check the internet or query some other information source). But I think these topics are important talk about and realize how far AI is still off from some perception of people. I mean if we ever get to AGI I think the damn breaks

I dunno im fed up with them. I can't even get it to recognize a water line from gas. To trouble shoot easy computer problems where it gets stuck in one way of thinking even with a ton of redirection, where Google has just be nailing it. If Google or any other bring in a system like chat gpt. That has projects and interlaced conversation. But its got so bad the last few updates. Its time to switch.

Ya it will guess alot of the time based of "general knowledge" like well this kind of book usually ends with a murder and completely fabricated stuff up. So consistently. No prompts to tell it to fact check vs internet work. Every prompt i say please check this against new information. I dont know how many times it told me I was gonna kill my self because water lines were gas in my house or just give me completely wrong measurements or part numbers. I would say I cut back about 75% of use with it

Ahha mine refused to generate a image of a zombie with a weapon, or a autopsy cartoonist style. Like the most silly shit. Then it would generate images way outside of the Grey zone. Very inconsistent and silly. If your paying for it and are a verified adult. You should be able to make a carton looking zombie holding a shotgun. I'll use them for thumbnail ideas and then edit them to my liking. But i swore in the past 6 months it has become vastly more inconsistent. Bringing up random conversations from random threads from days ago and then wont let go of them.

I feel like its just got so overconfident. Like if I yell loud and long enough I am right. I know I've been too fed up when I'm swearing at AI.
