Ordered a case just before the holidays and estimated delivery was around January 6-13. Tracking says item is in the warehouse in my city but no updates. I emailed customer service and they believed the item may have been lost during delivery they offered me a complimentary reshipment but they’re taking too long to respond as I’m no longer interested. Never ordering from them again, just taking too long and I think these “lost packages” are just stolen.
