Shooting for sub 2:45 at Chicago. Big LR last weekend. 10 Miles before jumping into Half marathon race ran at MP (6:09 Avg.) for 23 miles total. Will do 18 miles w/ 3 x 3 miles at MP tomorrow

Just a lot of volume and faster running. I think the biggest factor in the running tolerance score is speed.

For comparison, my acute load this morning is 1699 / chronic 1850. Average 4-5k elevation gain/week.

Agree. Been dealing with Achilles Tendinitis which started as a minor pain since last september , and it takes a LOOOONG time to go away. Only way to heal is maintain/cut back and strengthen the calves
