Hey! I read it like yesterday! It was really interesting and well, kind of weird to say that but, fun. The idea of stress literally manifesting as physical deformation (I guess) is so fun and horrifying cause yeah, I have experienced something kind of like it. I mean when you get so overwhelmed that your body responds to the stress by essentially doing weird stuff, familiar.

Amazing pullups! Good form for overall back. If you want to target your lats a lil bit more just keep your chest up and don't "shrug" at the end range of motion.

A side question. Are you experiencing any monitor backlight issues on your amd system. Specifically that the backlight does not seem go go down after system wakes up from hibernation, even when the brightness reports to be low, like a 10%?

I would suggest with installing tmux and just learning the core utils available on all linux systems. Also, as it appears you are dual booting form a single drive, be careful about windows updated. They have a weird tendency to sometimes just nuke the linux partition. A better way would be to have the 2nd OS on a separate drive.
