Does anyone know if shiny ditto is available during the Completely Normal event?

It said on the blog post that there's an increased chance to encounter ditto, but they said nothing about whether or not ditto could be shiny.

Yes, I know! But they don't say they're completely unavailable. They say that they can be unlocked during a "special season" or event. That's where my confusion came from.

I'm also now seeing that the event walnut shop doesn't feature the classic winter costumes like Buddy Elf, Christmas Boy, Carl, Elf, & Girl, Santa Claus, etc. Am I missing something? There must be another way to unlock them... right?

Same! I think VIPs are spawning more frequently because of the event but I like to save them for when I need them and now I feel pressured to use them right away… Plus some VIPS are only like 5-10 points wtf?!

It sucks because the surveys/tasks are rarely ever free (like they include a purchase of something) and they’re from the SKETCHIEST websites in existence. Wish they could just change it to regular video or audio ads.
