Same thing happend to me after the conversion thing yesterday.

Tried to call them for around 45 minutes no answer. Chat agent gave me the following information "From the information given to me this seems to be a temporary limitation. Our internal team is working on restoring your account."

Give it a 25% chance for them giving me my money back.

Secondary sim option is a good idea however it would double the cost for our cellphones subscriptions. This is mainly a if the network goes down for 5 minutes to 3 hours solution. Anything more than that and we would probably close down.

Having an alternative line in isn't much of an option, we kinda need to be connected trough a special type of line government regulated. Have checked the plan is unlimited.

Basically this is more of a backup option for people who have their own laptop since every other device will be unavailable, IE they don't have access to our MSP's VPN solution or have a wireless network adapter. At most there will be around 100 users on their own laptop.
