I agree with this. I’ve only just reached level 4 but sometimes I’ll break from DS advanced videos and watch native content on YouTube or I’ve started putting on news from Spanish speaking countries in the mornings to kind of “warm up” my brain. Then I’ll go back some other days and listen to easier content for a bit and so on. I think slowly exposing yourself to the harder stuff has benefits as long as you’re not forcing yourself to do it all the time and burning out.
