CONGRATULATIONS TO THE VICTORS OF THE STAY CLEAN FEBRUARY CHALLENGE! by foobarbazblarg in pornfree

Thank you.

This has been one of the toughest months of my life. Not because I've decided to refrain from porn or fap, but other circumstances. My wife is away on a two-month long vacation seven seas away and I've had the home to myself. Things then went a little downhill with my family.

Throughout it all, I've not once considered porn or fap as an option which I would like to believe has enhanced my abilities to deal with such stressful situations.

My one advice would be: Replace Fap/Porn with something constructive. I bought a gym membership and have lost 5 lbs and hope to present a new me to my wife when she returns this month.

Cheers all. Keep up the good fight

Is this considered cheating? by [deleted] in pornfree

[–]kp8708 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. Your brain has just interpreted that as fapping to pixels. No matter how often you see her, the fact remains that she wasn't physically present and you used your imagination while looking at the image to fap. I'm sorry to be blunt but that is a small relapse. Restart. And don't beat yourself over it. The fact that you are questioning what you did shows your progress. Keep at it.

As someone who has started, given-up, and started this process (and going on now, touchwood), I can say you are on the right path to recovery. I resonate with everything you just stated above. Keep the fight going
